1. Where We Ship

We ship from the United Arab Emirates to the following regions:

UAE — all emirates

GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar

International — select countries worldwide

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Site. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@kun.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped within the GCC, no additional customs duties or import taxes are typically charged.

For international orders outside the GCC, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

The recipient is responsible for all such charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on potential fees before placing an international order.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will typically make a second attempt or hold the package for collection. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kun.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (UAE/GCC) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations at any time. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
